Executive travel | U Want Taxi
Executive travel is a step up from a standard saloon — a quieter, newer car for a client meeting, a site visit, or a day where being on time matters more than usual. It's booked the same simple way as any other journey: by the trip or by the hour, at a fixed price agreed in advance.
An executive car is a larger, newer vehicle than our standard saloon, with more legroom in the back and a quieter ride — useful for a call taken on the move, or simply for arriving at a meeting without looking like you've just spent forty minutes in traffic. It isn't a chauffeur-luxury product with a uniformed driver and a bar in the back; it's a practical upgrade for a working journey.
Executive bookings work two ways. A single journey — to a meeting, a site, or the airport — is priced as one fixed fare, agreed before you travel. A day or half-day booked by the hour keeps the same car and driver available across several stops, useful for a client visiting multiple sites, or a schedule with gaps between meetings where sending the car away and calling it back later doesn't make sense.
Most of our executive bookings come from businesses along the M4 corridor moving people between offices, to meetings in London, or collecting clients and visitors from Heathrow. Regular users tend to book the same handful of routes — the office to Heathrow, a specific client site, a station run to catch a London train — and having the pickup details on file speeds every booking after the first. A regular account can be set up so bookings are made quickly without re-explaining the same addresses and billing details every time.
The point of an executive booking isn't the badge on the car — it's turning up on time, tracking a flight correctly if the trip starts or ends at an airport, and having a driver who confirms the pickup rather than leaving you checking your phone five minutes before a meeting starts. That reliability is the actual product; the larger car is a secondary benefit.
The car itself is chosen for comfort on a longer or more important journey rather than for show — a quiet cabin, air conditioning that works properly, and enough room to open a laptop or take a call without leaning awkwardly across a bag on the seat next to you.
Fares are fixed and agreed before travel, whether it's a single airport transfer or a day booked by the hour, and invoicing can be arranged for business accounts rather than paying driver by driver. Ask when you set up an account and we'll explain how billing works for regular bookings.
None of this requires a separate booking process — the same flight-tracking and fixed-price approach used for a standard transfer applies to an executive booking, whether it's a single Heathrow run for a visiting client or a half-day held for a series of meetings across the area. The upgrade is in the car and the certainty around timing, not in a different way of booking it.
