Fares

Fares are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. The price confirmed when you book is the price that applies to your journey.

Bookings

Booking a journey through this site hands you to our booking portal, operated by our dispatch provider. Cancellation and no-show terms are confirmed at the point of booking.

Licensing

We operate under private hire operator licence No. PO1133, issued by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. See our licensing page for detail.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate, but journey times, availability and pricing can change with traffic and demand. Nothing on this site overrides your statutory rights as a consumer.
